What's in a name...

Gianna Marie

There is no real significance to it. We both liked it and gravitated towards it. We wanted an Italian/Italian sounding name. It happens to be the Italian form of Jane/John and coincidentally Anthony has an Uncle John, and I think a great grandfather who's first or middle name is John... I dont remember that one. It's pronounced Gee-ah-na. Marie comes from my name Maria.

We were going to keep this big ole secret and wait until she was born to share, but the 3 footer started telling people, specifically my family this weekend. Sooooo, by default we are sharing. We hope yall like it, because we love it :D I am soooo proud of my 3 footer though for keeping a secret since October!!!! Good for her! Unfortunantly, I should know better than to share private information with a 3 y.o. :P No biggie ;)
