To my unborn baby,
So far I can tell that you and your sister are completely different. At least in utero yall are different. Your big sister was always moving, sitting on my siatic nerve, going crazy in there. Throughout this pregnancy you have been pretty calm for the most part. Yes, you have your moments of some kick fests, but they are actually quite reassuring. I went through the first half of my pregnancy even wondering if there really was something growing in there. Apparently you are one laid back kid, and already remind me of your father.
Around 10 o'clock each night, you start to get most active. It is really a cool thing to watch my tummy move around. I noticed that you get hiccups more that your big sister ever did. At first I thought I was finally feeling kicks, then I realized they were probably hiccups as they were coming so rhythmicly every 2 seconds.
This pregnancy is much more comfortable for me. I am able to walk around so much better, and am in much less discomfort. I have even been able to exercise, although I've been lax about it lately as I prepare for you to enter this world.
Your room that you'll share with big sister is pretty much ready. Nana helped me out this week to organize the closet. Wow, it looks awesome! I have some more things I need to get done, but for the most part I can sit back and start to relax before D-Day.
so far, everything looks developmentally on track with all the ultrasounds I've had. I have one more scheduled for the beginning of February. Hopefully the dr. and Bari wont try and convince me to be induced. I want you go come on your own time, when you are ready.
Anyways, I dont really have anything else to say at this point. I'm excited and nervous to meet you. I have 5 weeks and 2 days to go until my due date, 37 days to be exact! The countdown begins!
