A muffin recipe

Everything but the kitchen sink muffins

Ingredients
1 box of fiber one banana nut muffin mix
1 can of solid pack pumpkin

1 cup of raisins
1 cup of crushed walnuts
1 scoop of protein powder

1/4 can of water (from the pumpkin)

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all the ingredients up together. It's pretty thick. Spoon into muffin tin. I filled them up about 2/3-3/4 full. They were pretty full. Bake for 24 minutes. Yields about 16 muffins using a 12 count muffin tin.

Turned out pretty good :) You know I had one right out of the oven :D! Very fiberous, full of lots of vit. A from the pumpkin, protein from the nuts and protein whey powder. I'll have to sit down and calculate how many calories etc. another day. I'm a bit lazy for that right now. As soon as they cool they are off to the freezer for quick and easy breakfasts :)
